Title: Legal to Love?

­I am trying to find out if having sexual relations with my half sisters daughter is considered incest and if there are any legal problems with that. We have lived together for 1 year and now she is having problems with her ex-husband. He is saying that if she continues this relationship, he will take away her rights to see her son. Is this possible. The state she lives in is Tennessee. Please help.
